Sinabtech Journal provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge.

All articles published in this journal are freely accessible to readers without any subscription or payment. Authors are not required to pay for access to their own articles.

The journal does not apply embargoes, and all articles are made available upon publication. Readers may read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of the articles, or use them for any other lawful purpose, without asking prior permission from the publisher or the author, as long as proper attribution is given.

Licensing Terms

All articles are licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0) . This license allows users to share (copy and redistribute the material in any medium or format) and adapt (remix, transform, and build upon the material) for any purpose, even commercially, with proper attribution.

Archiving and Indexing

To ensure long-term preservation and global dissemination, this journal is indexed and archived in various platforms. The metadata and full texts are stored in OAI-compliant repositories, institutional databases, and international indexing services including (when applicable): Google Scholar, DOAJ, Dimensions, Crossref, Garuda, and Scopus.

Compliance with Open Access Standards

This journal adheres to the Open Access guidelines established by BOAI (Budapest Open Access Initiative) and supports ethical publishing practices in accordance with COPE (Committee on Publication Ethics).

Article Processing Charges (APCs)

For full transparency, the journal may charge article processing fees, which are disclosed in the Author Fee section. These fees cover peer review, editing, DOI registration, and archiving, but never restrict access to content.
